Charlotte is no stranger to Pilates, having done it for a few years when she was in France. As she has always been into sports, getting into Pilates for her was comfortable, so much so that she really took to it!
When we spoke to her, she had just given birth to a baby boy and has been with us for a few weeks.

That is why we keep our class sizes small (maximum 5 in a group), which is something that our clients like Charlotte appreciate. It simply means our instructors can fully focus on each body and ensure the movements are done correctly and safely. And we agree with Charlotte, our instructors are a very friendly lot!
Charlotte loves working on the Reformer and is asking for more Reformer classes in the mornings and evenings! We are certainly going to work on making that happen, Charlotte!
